What can $1.00 buy?

This Valentine’s Day, for one day only, you can reserve a Princess Cruise vacation for only $1.00 per person deposit.  This is an incredible deal!  About 18 or 19 months ago, Princess ran a similar promotion, and I was able to book my Panama Canal Ocean to Ocean Cruise on the Island Princess with only a $3.00 deposit…$1.00 for each of my parents and myself, that gave me over a year to save my money to pay the balance before the paid in full date.  Not only did I get a better choice of staterooms by booking early, the price was better as well.  Most cruise lines have “dynamic” pricing.  Which simply means as they sell cabins on the ship, and inventory shrinks, the prices go up.  I’ve gotten my best deals by booking early.

There are some exceptions, but most of the published itineraries that Princess offers are available to book with the $1.00 deposit promotion.  One of the things that I love about Princess is that they have a large fleet of ships, and visit all seven continents.  So, which destination is on your bucket list?

I’ll be sailing with Princess again very soon!  I’m excited to share with you that I will be on the Regal Princess beginning March 3 for a Caribbean Cruise.  This will be my 27th cruise vacation, but I will be experiencing many “firsts”!  It will be the first time I’ll be sailing without friends or family…yes, I’m going solo on this cruise.  It will be my first time sailing an Ocean Medallion cruise.  I’m SO excited to try this new technology; and yes I am “OCEAN READY”.

It will also be my very first “Back to Back” cruise!  I’ll be sailing out of Fort Lauderdale,  visiting the Eastern Caribbean, then back to Fort Lauderdale.  Then, I’ll be sailing to the Western Caribbean.  I can’t wait to experience all that the Regal Princess has to offer.  Including Princess Cruises INCREDIBLE Oatmeal Raisin Cookies!  🙂IMG_1220

After a few years of both running my retail store and planning travel, I closed my brick & mortar store, moved to Vero Beach, Fl where I've been planning travel full-time now for over five years. Vero Beach has small-town charm with world-class luxury. It's an incredible place to live. I help take care of my parents here, and travel extensively with them.
