Authentically Eco

Virgin Voyages ships are full of planet friendly products and natural materials. The cabins will feature PIR (Passive InfraRed) presence sensors that automatically detect when someone has left the cabin and go into energy saver mode, where blinds will close and air conditioning will adjust to an eco-saver temperature, conserving energy to support Virgin Voyages’ commitment to operate one of the cleanest fleets at sea.

Cabin Number Cheat Sheet:

Ends in an ODD number = Suites

Ends in an EVEN number = Cabins

Ends in A = Port Side (left)
Ends in Z = Starboard Side (right)

Lower numbers = AFT

Higher numbers = FORWARD

Fun Fact – Ships are built in sections which form the frame lines of a ship. These frame lines are numbered from the back all the way to the front of a ship and increase in fours. Virgin’s cabin numbers are matched to the frame line number. So, a lower number is at back and a higher number is at the front, and cabin numbers increase in fours.

TERRACE HAMMOCK — Custom-designed hammocks, handwoven by artisans from Yellow Leaf, a social enterprise that fosters women’s empowerment and community transformation in rural Thailand.

MOOD LIGHTING — Mood Lighting that subtly changes to the perfect setting throughout the day, or can be changed to match your mood.

LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV — For mornings meant for recovery and catching up on all of your favorite shows.

GLAM AREA — Because there’s nothing more important than having space to get gorgeous.

RED FLOWER — Shower products and amenities with natural ingredients that promote health and environmental consciousness.

THE SEABED

VIrgin’s Lady Ships offer the most lavish, and unique, beds at sea. The Seabed re-imagines the cruise cabin experience. Your cabin, your way. Their cabins are custom-created to accommodate the SeaBed, the first-ever transformational cabin bed at sea. Award-winning Walter Knoll, who’s designed thoughtful and sustainable furniture for over 150 years, is responsible for specially engineering and handcrafting their transformative SeaBed in Germany. Sailors can enjoy their cabin in two distinct ways, as a place to revel or a place to relax. A luxurious loungey space transforms into an expansive bedroom with a queen size bed in one swift movement. The transformation can be executed by the Sailor of by one of their crew.
