HOW TO MAKE A JAMAICAN SMILE

There are so many things to love about Jamaica – the white sand beaches, the beautiful water, all the fun activities in the water and on land, and more! Today I wanted to share another favorite to give you a little taste of Jamaica – a Jamaican Smile!

This recipe comes direct from Sandals South Coast resort in Jamaica. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Sandals Jamaican Smile

2.0 oz Appleton rum (or any dark rum)

1.5 oz piña colada mix

1.5 oz strawberry daiquiri mix

1.0 oz rum cream

Directions:

In a blender with ice, add half the rum and piña colada mix. Blend on high until smooth. Pour the mixture into a hurricane glass. Rinse the blender and then add ice, the remaining rum and strawberry daiquiri mix. Blend on high until smooth and pour into the hurricane glass. Float the rum cream on top of the mixture. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!
